Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Maintains rules and regulations of Legends Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times.* Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area* Maintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations.* Set up and break down of assigned Concessions stand or cart* Handles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy* Completes all assigned paperwork appropriately* Basic food preparation* Serve customers with food orders in a timely manner* Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times* Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.* Clean and maintain Concession stands* If serving alcohol, must have SMART license.* Perform other duties as assigned**ENVIRONMENTAL/PHYSICAL DEMANDS**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above and may be subject to change at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
