We are looking for a Concessions Attendant responsible for delivering support within the theatre, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, and prioritizing efficiency and quality service.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Tuesday availability is a must.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene practices as per company and regulatory standards.
• A friendly, positive attitude focused on providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
• Previous experience in relevant fields helpful but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, completing transactions, and thanking them for their business.
• Selling food and beverages, meeting sales goals.
• Promoting loyalty card sign-ups, upselling, and suggestive selling.
• Operating point-of-sale terminals, making accurate change, fulfilling online orders.
• Preparing food and beverages following safety policies and regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness by stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning concession areas.
• Providing friendly, helpful, and fast service, resolving guest concerns.
• Upholding Marcus' standards and assisting management as needed.

Pay Estimate: $12.00/hour
