What We Are Looking For

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays, including Tuesday availability
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to industry demands
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene practices as per standards
• Friendly, positive attitude focused on excellent service
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds
• Experience in warehouse, fast food, food service, cashiering, golf, retail, hotel, or airport roles is helpful but not required

What You Will Be Doing

• Greeting guests, completing transactions, and thanking them
• Selling food and beverages, meeting sales goals
• Promoting loyalty sign-ups, upselling, and suggestive selling
• Operating POS terminals, making accurate change, fulfilling online orders
• Preparing food and beverages following safety policies
• Stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning concession areas
• Providing friendly, helpful, and fast service, resolving guest concerns
• Upholding Marcus standards, following chemical safety instructions, assisting management

Pay Estimate:

$13.75/hour
