Job Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
  2. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
  3. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
  4. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
  5. Follows payment handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines to comply with Health department standards.
  6. Working on non-event days for inventory and/or special events.
  7. Oversees and enforces responsible beverage service and alcohol awareness policy.
  8. Ensure that policies and procedures for Hawkers are adhered to.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of one year leadership experience.
  2. Must be able to pass a background check.
  3. Must be comfortable being on your feet for a full shift.
  4. Demonstrates professional maturity at all times.
  5. Interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with customer service principles.
  7. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
