Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Supervisor for a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment venue in Oklahoma. You will lead a large team, ensure food safety compliance, and manage concessions across multiple stands during events.

Responsibilities include inventory, paperwork, POS operations, and delivering exceptional guest service while adapting to outdoor venue conditions. Applicants must be 21+, hold ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certifications, and be prepared for seasonal, hourly work.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification required.
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse.
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines.
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintains necessary paperwork such as temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs.
• Adheres to food safety guidelines and ensures staff follow them.
• Assists with operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverages.
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand.
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event.
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service.

Our Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adheres to food, safety,and safe-drinkingguidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
• Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.

• 21 years of age or older (required)

• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) - applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) - applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
