The Concession Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Concessions Manager in the overall effective management and running of concessions operations. The Concession Supervisor oversees the food preparation and production, inventory, cash control procedures, total compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer supervision, and closing duties. This role’s focus will be on lending support to the location’s Stand Leads and NFP (Not for Profit) leads to ensure that all aspects of concessions operations within their assigned sector are fully operational. The majority of the Concession Supervisor’s time will be spent actively mentoring, training, and helping employees and volunteers to meet company quality standards, and in promoting a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.

This role pays an hourly wage of $15 to $19, plus tips.

Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
