Job summary

Legends Global in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Concession Supervisor for part-time, hourly work during live events. You will train, schedule, and supervise concessions staff and help finalize event paperwork.

Ensure POS systems (Quest) are functional, monitor stock using sales history, uphold health codes and liquor laws, and maintain positive client relationships. Must have Serve Safe certification and two years of management experience in food and beverage; Excel skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Two years of management experience in food and beverage.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise concessions food and beverage staff.
• Assist in settling concessions event paperwork per event.
• Maintains correct stock levels utilizing prior sales history.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure POS systems are in proper working condition prior to the event.
• Understand Quest POS system BOH/FOH operations.
