Applicants must be 18+ and fluent in English, able to work outdoors in all weather, and capable of lifting 10–30 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally). Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential during events.

Concession Stand Worker

The Concession Stand Worker provides customer service, prepares and serves a variety of menu items, sells items, collects payment, and provides correct change to guests while following Pennsylvania’s RAMP standards. The worker reports directly to the Concession Stand Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service.
• Prepare and serve menu items.
• Sell items, collect payment, and provide correct change.
• Enter all sales into the cash register accurately.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean up, store product, and remove trash and garbage to the dumpster.
• Serve patrons’ food and beverage orders quickly and courteously.
• Verify ID on all customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively sell and upsell items.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Interact with co‑workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Perform arithmetic operations involving US monetary units.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in an open‑air environment in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps.
• Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays during all stadium events.
• Mobility to perform production tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Licenses & Certifications

• RAMP certification required (may be provided by Legends upon hiring).
