Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead for SoFi Stadium in California. You will supervise stand workers, coordinate setup and operations, manage inventory, and ensure accurate paperwork and clean, well-stocked workstations during events.

You will train and direct staff, work with management on resolving issues, and uphold health and safety standards. This role requires English fluency, physical stamina, and weekend/nights availability for events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in stand attendant/food service roles.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to meet service standards.
• Must handle a POS system in a non-cash venue and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to work in an open-air environment across climate conditions.
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs, and climb stairs/ramps.
• Must meet health requirements for ServSafe and RBS certificates.

CONCESSIONS STAND LEAD

The Role:

The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for the complete operation of assigned concession stands. Trains personnel supervises and directs the work activities of others. All Concessions Stand Leads report directly to the Concessions Supervisor of the assigned stand.

Please note: SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and a condition of employment is union membership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers. Assign duties within the stand
• Analyzes and resolves all problems with the assistance of Concession Supervisor and/or other management
• Overseas and/or participates in stand set-up and closing procedures
• Ensures that all workstations and the back of stand and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Order replacement stock as necessary
• Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork
• Investigates discrepancies in inventory
• On an event basis, ensures accuracy of location bank, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and meals
• Ensures accurate transaction totals on a random basis for all stand workers
• Keeps a quality appearance of the concession location at all times
• At closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker is necessary
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
• Must be able to handle a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue and inventory efficiently and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
• Must be able to work fluently in English
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificates

Compensation: $24.00ph

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop.
