Responsabilités

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises task completion
• Trains staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service
• Prepares and builds food items per recipes and directions
• Stores food following safety policies
• Sets up workstations and service areas
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations
• Serves food while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
• Replenishes items to maintain stock levels
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers
• Maintains adaptable, professional execution of daily assignments
