Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Concession Stand Worker to prepare and build food items while delivering memorable guest service at our Houston location. You will follow established food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures and assist with cash register duties as needed.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior food service is preferred; you may need food safety certifications and potentially alcohol-service credentials depending on site.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card for locations serving alcohol.
• May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification.
• Ideal candidate will be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Guest Service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests courteously.
• Take food orders and serve guests.
• Prepare and build food items according to recipes.
• Store food following safety policies.
• Set up and stock prep tables and service counters.
• Break down and sanitize workstations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Reconcile cash to register sales.
• Maintain alcohol policy where applicable.
• Adhere to Aramark safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
