Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets and assists all guests.
• Takes food orders and serves guests.
• Prepares and builds food items per recipes and directions.
• Stores food safely following policies.
• Sets up workstations (prep tables, counters, hot wells, steam tables).
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items to proper stock levels.
• Maintains excellent service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies including sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Operates cash register and processes payments.
• Reconciles cash to sales and stand inventory.
• Adheres to alcohol policy where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
