Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Empower Field in Denver. You will manage a large team, ensure safety and quality standards, and support concessions managers to deliver a high-energy guest experience during events.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and relevant food safety certifications. This role is on-site at the stadium and involves standing for long periods in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisor role.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required).
• TEAM/TIPS Alcohol certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Help concessions managers keep all supervisors on task and informed of updates.
• Lead with integrity and address issues promptly.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and smallware within the concession stand and concourse.
• Store product in designated areas, maintain PPE, and provide tools to staff to follow food safety guidelines.
• Manage a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintain paperwork including temperature logs, inventory sheets, and waste logs.

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Concession Lead Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

Compensation Data

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25 to $27 an hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data and other relevant factors.

This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Help concessions managers keep all supervisors on task and inform them of any updates or issues
• Leads with integrity and tries their best to address any issues that may arrise
• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adheres to food, safety,and safe-drinkingguidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
• Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
