As a Part-Time Concession Attendant, you will prepare food and drinks for customers. Specific food offerings and job duties vary depending on the location and type of concession stand.

This role offers an hourly wage of $11.00 plus tips.

Peak is a premium restaurant located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, offering panoramic views and situated above Edge, the highest outdoor observation deck in the city. It is a luxurious destination with breathtaking views of lower New York City.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing warm hospitality to all guests and delivering prompt, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment with a focus on speed and precision.
• Taking accurate orders, preparing and serving food & beverages, preparing bills, and processing payments.
• Performing opening, closing, and sidework duties.
• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and work stations regularly.
• Having in-depth knowledge of ingredients and food/beverage items to confidently answer customer questions.
• Organizing the food and beverage display/counter area to standards and restocking items to meet minimum par stock levels.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.

Additional duties include:

• Loading and unloading equipment.
• Transporting equipment safely using handtrucks, dollies, or other moving tools.
• Assisting in setup and installation of equipment, following specific instructions and regulations.
• Knowledge of NYC DOH regulations, POS systems, and food and beverage standards.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, work flexible hours including weekends, and work well within a team.
