Job summary

City of Jefferson is seeking a Concession Attendant for our Parks and Recreation Department. You will prepare and sell food and beverages at concession facilities, including The Linc and ball fields. Work is evenings and weekends during spring and summer.

Cash handling experience is preferred, as are First Aid and CPR certifications. Applicants must be at least 16, or 21 for the Vivion Field location due to alcohol service.

The City of Jefferson is now accepting applications for Concession Attendant for our Parks and Recreation Department.

Concession Attendants prepare and sell food and beverage products at Parks and Recreation concession facilities including The Linc, ball fields and special events.

Applicant must be willing to work weekend concessions for tournaments.

Cash handling experience preferred.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Excellentcustomer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude and communication skills necessary.Cash handling experience preferred.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to apply, or 21 years of age if applying for the Vivion Field Concessions location due to alcoholic beverages being sold.

The starting hourly salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Concession Attendants work evenings and weekends during the spring and summer months. Locations include: Binder Sports Complex, The Linc, 63 Sports Complex, Washington Park Ballfields and the Optimist Sports Complex.
