As a Concert Season Barback, you will:

• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed following guidelines
• Act as an ambassador of goodwill at work and during public relations events
• Promote casino events and programs
• Offer personalized service, using guest names
• Resolve service issues per guidelines
• Work collaboratively with beverage staff and supervisors
• Maintain stock levels and store supplies safely
• Handle and operate equipment following safety standards
• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Maintain professional appearance as per policy
• Respond effectively to visual and oral cues
• Able to work in confined, noisy, and brightly lit environments
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs., and performing various physical movements
