Job Overview

As Event Staff, your responsibilities include collecting tickets, welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, directing foot traffic, and maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas.

Essential Duties

1. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
2. Manage venue entry, including scanning tickets, verifying wristbands, and directing traffic.
3. Understand venue policies, procedures, and regulations.
4. Greet guests warmly and sincerely, providing helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of background check, drug test, and possibly a Driver’s Record check.
• Must be professional, articulate, and able to exercise good judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
