Responsibilities

• Provides visible deterrence to crime and safety for patrons and staff.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and supports crisis management.
• Intervenes verbally during crises and maintains rapport with individuals.
• Inspects bags and belongings as needed and escorts patrons or staff.
• Maintains vigilance for hazards and protects people and property.
• Works with team and client staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Follows all client and company guidelines and participates in ongoing training.
