Overview

Con-Strux is a concrete and wood recycling company with many locations throughout Long Island. Established over 30 years ago, Con-Strux has maintained their goal of providing local solutions to global problems. Con-Strux has expanded their services to include street sweeping, mobile crushing, and transportation. Their focus is sustainability and customer satisfaction. Con-Strux remains a frontrunner in their industry by recycling concrete crushings with only environmentally conscious and compliant processes.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Con-Strux is in search of individuals who are motivated and inclined to strengthen our workforce. We have several labor positions open for the right people.

Responsibilities

1. General Labor for C&D Sorting Operations.
2. Movement and handling of heavy materials/equipment; must be able to lift 70 lbs.
3. Complete tasks and projects using hand tools.
4. Maintain production and quality control.
5. Clean up site and materials daily.
6. List of duties and responsibilities may be expanded to include other duties as necessary.
7. Above all else, ensure safety at the worksite.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary. Will train the right, teachable candidate.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18-22/hour
