Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a highly experienced COMSEC Security Program Analyst in Arlington, VA. You will provide technical and financial analytic support across COMSEC, cryptographic, and cybersecurity programs to ensure alignment with Navy, Joint, and DoD goals.

You will conduct research, support DoD COMSEC and cybersecurity meetings, and develop information papers for senior leadership. A TS/SCI clearance and 7+ years in relevant fields are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with COMSEC, cryptographic, encryption or cybersecurity operations for Navy and DoD programs.
• Knowledge of PPBE and requirements generation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to brief senior leadership and support decision-making.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic analysis and assessments of information assurance and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Support DoD COMSEC, network, and cybersecurity meetings; help present positions to leadership.
• Create analytic products to support PPBE cycle, POM development, and requirement tracking.
