Job description



The Computer Technician II essential duties revolve around maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting computer systems and related equipment. This includes installing hardware and software, managing networks, and providing technical support to users. They also handle tasks like diagnosing problems, ensuring data protection, and performing regular upgrades

Location:Nashua, NH

A Day in the Life:

  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and upgrading systems, as well as providing technical support to users. I
  • Go-to resource for all things computer-related within an organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience trouble shooting and repairing PCB's to the component level.
  • Experience trouble shooting and repairing PC's.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and testing POS equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft products including WIN10, SQL and Server.
  • Stand and/or sit for extended periods.
  • Lift and move electronic equipment routinely up to 20 to 30 lbs.
  • Experience in a relevant IT role.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Technical certificate or degree in job related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred
