Job Description:

• Creating system guidelines and manuals.
• Researching hardware and software technologies to decide if they offer improvements.
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuringsolutions are viable and consistent
• Developing new functionality for existing computer systems and Installing new software and hardwaresystems.
• Overseeing new system installation and setup and customizing these for business needs.
• Training end-users and writing instruction manuals as necessary.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
• Designing new computer systems and frameworks
• Troubleshooting technical issues and risk mitigation planning
• Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
• Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
• Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders forreview and approval

Requirements:
