Job summary

Vivid Soft Global is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to lead IT projects in Dublin, Ohio, coordinating 2–3 entry to mid-level analysts. You will ensure software aligns with company standards and project requirements, consulting with project managers on unusual issues and meeting clients as needed. Travel across the U.S.

is required; travel/relocation opportunities are part of the role. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of progressive experience, including core skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years' progressive experience.
• Two of the five years must include at least five listed areas.
• Experience with full life cycle development and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical lead on assigned IT projects and coordinate a 2–3 member team.
• Meet with clients to resolve technical/business issues and guide juniors.
• Assist BD by sharing information to help pursue project leads.

Act in a senior technical role on assignedBusiness/IT projects. Coordinating a team of 2-3 entry-level and mid-levelsystems analysts, apply independent, advanced technical and proceduralknowledge to ensure that software is developed pursuant to company standardsand project requirements as outlined by his/her project manager. On unusualmatters confer with project managers. Meet with clients on behalf of his/herproject manager to resolve ongoing technical/business issues. Prepareguidelines of good practices for entry level and midlevel team members tofollow on specific assignments. Assist in business development by coordinatingwith his/her project manager on sharing of information which will help his/herproject manager pursue leads. Act as a technical resource throughout the FullLife Cycle Development as assigned. Multiple openings available. Travel and/orrelocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Useof at least five (5) of the following:
