CPCCo in Richland, WA, is seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI specialist to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including Power BI dataflows, datasets, reports, and dashboards. At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Data Analytics & A.I. team is seeking an experienced individual who has interest and background in data modeling and front-end UX design. In this role you will use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to work within the greater Digital Transformation team and provide support to customers across all CPCCo functional areas.

A typical day in the Data Analytics & A.I. team includes performing assignments of a moderate degree of complexity, under general supervision:

Basic Qualifications

Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Career Level Grade 17: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (CS), information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI), business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, Microsoft Office software.

Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full-time schedule (40 hours per week):

• Career Level Grade 16: $81,500 - $125,250.
• Career Level Grade 17: $86,200- $137,650.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
