Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective assistance with IT-related issues.
  • Guide customers remotely through system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to users via email, phone, and messaging services.
  • Have knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms, such as Microsoft Office 365.

  • Be familiar with computer hardware, common software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications, would be advantageous.

  • Must have a current favorable determination based on a closed T5 Investigation.
Physical Demands
  • Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Some travel may be required.

Pay Range

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage

$27.63
