Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst II/III to support live, virtual, and constructive simulations and multi-domain operations. You will analyze problems, integrate systems, and recommend software solutions for mission requirements.

The role requires an AA or 2-year technical degree with 3+ years of experience (or 5 years in lieu). Active Secret clearance and collaboration across teams are essential to success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems analysis and technical support for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulation environments, supporting large-scale Joint and Coalition exercises, system-of-systems engineering, and multi-domain operations.
  • Analyze science, engineering, business, and data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications, system administration issues, or network concerns
  • Perform systems management and integration functions for modeling and simulation systems
  • Improve existing computer systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
  • Analyze and recommend commercially available software solutions for mission requirements
  • Support systems engineering processes throughout the acquisition lifecycle for assigned weapon systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and products
  • Participate in technical reviews, exercise support, field tests, and configuration management activities
  • Support infrastructure operations for government M&S networks and simulation data ecosystems
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, government personnel, and industry partners
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required

The Opportunity

CACI is currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation.

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree, or completion of a 2-year technical school
  • Minimum of 3 years experience or 5 years in lieu of degree
  • Understanding of systems analysis principles and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Active Secret Clearance
Desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Familiarity with DOD or Army systems and regulations
  • Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum)
  • Experience with systems engineering processes (IEEE 15288 standards)
  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, UPDM)
  • Understanding of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) simulation environments
  • Experience with data analysis and database management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Prior military or defense contractor experience
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or similar
