Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience to lead end-to-end IT initiatives. The role focuses on large-scale mobile device management (Workspace ONE, Intune), deployment, and ongoing lifecycle management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and report project status to stakeholders while ensuring security controls and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

A minimum of 2 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Proven ability to manage complex IT projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery within timelines.

Hands-on experience managing large-scale mobile environments using MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Intune, including deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management.

Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal staff and external vendors, and provide clear status reporting to management and stakeholders.

Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring device security (encryption, antivirus), and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
