ITility is seeking a Computer Software and Integration Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency program. This full-time remote role is based on Eastern Time and requires sustaining and integrating DLA applications across their life cycle.

Responsibilities include maintaining and administering applications, analyzing defects, planning software updates, and coordinating with developers, DBAs, and government teams to ensure smooth, secure operation of critical systems.

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in life-cycle support (maintenance, administration, management).
• Available to start on 4 January 2027 and commit to a Letter of Commitment.
• Experience sustaining DoD or other DoD enterprise applications.

This position is a part of a proposal, and we are looking to identify Key Personnel by November 1st, but that date is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

The Computer Software and Integration Analyst keeps DLA applications and their interfaces running across their life cycle. This position handles maintenance, administration and management of software in sustainment, and makes sure changes integrate cleanly with connected systems.

• Maintain, administer and manage applications and integrations in production sustainment
• Analyze defects, interface failures and change requests; design and test fixes
• Plan and support software updates, patches and releases through test and production
• Keep system documentation, configuration records and version baselines current
• Work with developers, DBAs and the government team on root cause and resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management
• Available to start on 4 January 2027 and willing to sign a Letter of Commitment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sustaining DLA or other DoD enterprise applications
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform computer-based work using standard office equipment.
• Requires frequent verbal communication, active listening, and visual acuity to perform job responsibilities effectively.
• Must follow site‑specific safety, security, and dress standards.
