Job description

Do you like to help others solve their computing problems? Poplar Creek is looking for a tech savvy individual with good customer service skills. This position involves assisting patrons in finding information and using library services and facilities in the public computing areas of the library; assisting patrons with use of library equipment and software applications by explaining and demonstrating their operation; assisting patrons with internet searching and library databases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Adept at learning new technologies.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  3. Knowledge of Google Docs a plus.
  4. Bilingual a plus.

Schedule:

Mondays: 11-4; Thursdays: 3-8; Sundays: 12-5. Schedules may change depending on library needs.
