Position Title: Computer Security Systems Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL

Clearance Level Required: Secret (eligible for Top Secret/SCI)

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  1. Provide technical support in survivability and vulnerability research and analysis to inform USCENTCOM CCJ3 and CCJ5 requirements to improve survivability capabilities through Force Protection (FP) and assessment techniques.
  2. Perform analyses to develop transformational concepts for a more effective, flexible, and agile force, including maritime operations, addressing new threats.
  3. Conduct routine project tasks related to specialized technology problems, integrating electronic processes or methodologies for Information Assurance.
  4. Conduct security assessments and consulting, analyzing information security requirements.
  5. Minimum 5 years of Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) staff experience required.
  6. Expertise in GCC operations, regional employment of strategic objectives, theater strategy, CCPs, GCPs, AJA, CJCS CRAs, and FP support to theater strategy and threats.
  7. Experience with risk management of FP functions across Service Components.
  8. Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
  9. Provide consultation on complex projects, considered a top-level contributor/specialist.
  10. Master’s degree and/or Ph.D. with at least 12 years of experience in the field or related area.
  11. DoD secret clearance required; TS with SCI eligibility preferred.
