Bridge Defense in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Computer Scientist to lead analytics projects, evaluate AI methodologies, and perform TEVV and AI risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including AI or ML validation.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead complex data exploration and analytics projects with statistics.
• Evaluate AI methodologies to make a real-world impact on AI usage in strategic intelligence.
• Perform continuous auditing, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation (TEVV) and AI risk mitigation to shape the future of analytics through a variety of means.
• Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, and uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products, enabling more informed analytic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards.
• Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures.
• Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness.

General Factors:

• Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
• Willing to travel, if needed.
• No Relocation .
• Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
