A leading company in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and program IT solutions using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in full-stack web applications. This role allows for telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. and requires a Public Trust clearance. Join a team dedicated to improving transportation safety and efficiency.
Job Description: Design and program IT solutions using ASP .NET MVC, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, Git, and continuous integration to provide full stack development and expertise for building web-based information systems. Implement IT solutions using Agile methodologies, common design patterns, and automated testing for user, feature, and acceptance testing. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and improve performance. Develop or oversee software testing and validation procedures. Conduct programming and develop documentation. Collaborate with customers or other departments to review project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as system design or maintenance. Analyze user requirements to recommend and plan system installations or modifications.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of experience supporting full-stack web applications and implementing Agile IT solutions using common design patterns and automated testing (unit, feature, acceptance). The experience must include designing and building full-stack solutions using at least four (4) of the following tools: ASP .NET MVC, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, and Git. Must possess or be eligible for a Public Trust 85P clearance. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. New hires are subject to a background check.
Salary: $157,843.00 - $175,000.00 per year.
