Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a CNC programmer to write and optimize code for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes. You will work with Mastercam and SolidWorks, review drawings, select tooling, and set up machining sequences to improve productivity.

Responsibilities include supporting machine setup, reducing cycle times, and applying strong math, mechanical reasoning, and blueprint-reading skills. Machinery supervisor or lead experience is a plus for this full-time role in a manufacturing

CNC programmer writes code to automate power driven machines that cut and finish metal, as lathes, grinders and mills. This position is a 40 plus (+) hour position. Machinery Supervisor or Lead experience a plus.

CNC Programmer responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and lathes using Mastercam and SolidWorks. Reviews CAD drawings, selects tooling, determines machining sequences and speeds, supports machine setup, and improves productivity & cycle times. Requires strong math, mechanical, problem-solving, and blueprint-reading skills. Machinery Supervisor/Lead experience is a plus.
