CNC machinist produce parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; adheres to quality and safety standards; completes accurate quality records as per EIS ISO standard requirements; maintains the minimal daily maintenance requirements of equipment and supplies.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

• Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ability to operate one machine independently.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical blueprints proficiently.
• Convert from/to metric and imperial, fraction, and decimal.
• Properly and safely load and unload parts and raw material in CNC Machinery.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Recognize and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling.
• Understand and perform tool wear offsets.
• Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC Machinery.
• Utilize and abides by ISO requirements and SIS's safety procedures.
• Comply with all quality policies, specification, regulations, and instructions.
• Correctly identify basic materials.
• Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality.
• Participate in required meetings and training.

Mathematical Skills
