About Us:

Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. designs, manufactures and tests components for launch vehicles and ground support applications—providing many types of valves including throttling valves, ball valves, check and relief valves, vent and relief valves, pressure reducing, both manual and dome loaded, regulators, sleeve valves, butterfly valves, solenoid valves plus many others.

About the role:

PFC is in search for a CNC Machinist who will work with lathes, mills and mill turn machines to make aerospace valves and other components for launch vehicles (rockets!).

Whether you are a seasoned machinist looking for the next step, or ready to gain exposure to grow your skills, we have a growth path waiting for you.

The role is a fully on-site role located in our Lincoln, CA offices and will report directly to the Shop Manager.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:

• Set-up and operate Mazak CNC lathes, Mills and Integrex machining centers as well as Citizen Swiss turning centers.
• Deburr and polish high-end parts at your machine.
• Inspect and document the parts you make.
• Learn how to become a great machinist making awesome, high-quality parts.

What You’ll Need:

• Desire to advance and grow a career in machining
• Ability to report in office in Lincoln, CA daily
• At least 3 years of experience in CNC operation/setup
• Work experience with stainless steels, various soft goods and aluminum

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $25.00-55.00 per hour. Commensurate with candidate experience.
• Shift Differentials on night and weekend shifts
