Job description

Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead

This position will drive the development of cutting-edge cyber operations capabilities, leading a team of experts in designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical security solutions.

• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. Citizenship.
• All applicants must have current DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance eligibility day one and prior to entry on duty.

Work Location: On-site in the Washington, D.C. - Metro Area.

Basic Required Qualifications and Skills: Note: These are mandatory for application consideration. Ensure your submission addresses each.

• 12+ years of experience in cyber operations, security development, or software engineering.
• Expertise in Python and C/C++ for low-level system and network programming.
• Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows, Unix, Mobile), and system internals.
• Experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
• Track record in developing and optimizing mission-critical cyber solutions.
• Leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, DoD guidelines).

Desired Qualifications and Skills: Preferred qualifications include:

• Industry certifications (PCEP, CPP, or equivalent).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
