Job summary

Onyx Point, Inc. in Hanover, MD is seeking a Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer to design and develop end-to-end data flows for CNO tools, and to author documentation in accordance with government procedures. You will participate in design, code and readiness reviews and work across Windows, UNIX, or embedded environments.

REQUIRED:

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques. Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed. Provides/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes. The Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer shall possess the following capabilities: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python. Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments. Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes. Bachelor's degree or experience must be in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
