Job summary

Tri Star Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Computer Engineer to join our development team. You will develop, test, and maintain software and firmware for EW and tactical mission systems in a collaborative environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional software experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end software lifecycle tasks, requirements analysis, testing, and documentation. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, coding, integrating, testing, and maintaining software in a structured engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, and maintain software and firmware for EW and tactical mission systems.
• Support full software lifecycle including system design, upgrades, and sustainment of fielded systems.
• Plan, design, code, test, integrate, and deliver algorithms, models, and software applications.
• Analyze requirements and support test objectives, plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform requirements development, validation, traceability, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Conduct unit, integration, system-level, regression, and IV&V testing.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test designs, procedures, and results.
