Job summary

Regional West is seeking a Computer Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance to hospital staff, troubleshoot hardware, and keep computer systems reliable and accessible. Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist hospital staff with setup, configuration, and basic use of computer hardware and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and support system-wide technology initiatives.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience supporting hardware in a healthcare setting, such as desktops, laptops, printers, or medical devices
