Know your way around SolidWorks, understand what works on the shop floor, and enjoy helping other engineers grow? Let’s talk.

We’re looking for an experienced mechanical design professional who can roll up their sleeves, solve manufacturing challenges, and share practical knowledge with our engineering team.

Where you’ll make an impact:
  • Update legacy SolidWorks models and drawings to improve accuracy and manufacturability.
  • Resolve tolerance stack-ups, refine datum schemes, and apply GD&T to improve fit and function.
  • Review drawings and help prevent costly production issues.
  • Mentor developing engineers—connecting design theory with real-world machining, fabrication, and assembly.
What you bring:

Deep mechanical design and fabrication experience, advanced SolidWorks skills, strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5, and the patience to teach others. Demonstrated results and hands‑on expertise carry more weight than formal credentials.

This is an opportunity to improve how we build products while helping develop the engineers behind them.
