Job summary

Tooele County School District's Stansbury Park Elementary seeks a Computer Aide to teach computer skills to grades K-6 as part of the Specials schedule, under the principal's supervision.

The role involves planning engaging lessons, maintaining the computer lab, and managing lab equipment such as Chromebooks and laptops. This is a part-time, 24-29 hours weekly, non-benefit-eligible position.

Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work with diverse students are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Computer Aide

Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Building Principal, teach Computer classes as a part of the Specials schedule to grades K-6.

Essential Job Functions

• Planning and instructingengaging and age-appropriate computer skill lessons
• Establishing and reinforcing positive class management
• Managing and maintaining the Computer Lab

Additional Duties

• Additional duties as assigned
