Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in Overland Park, KS. You will interpret physician instructions, administer contrast, and operate CT equipment across facilities.

Required: 2 years CT experience, JRCERT-accredited program, ARRT, and BLS. Preference for experience in ICU/ER and with GE, PACS, and Siemens systems. Travel housing and benefits provided.

• 2 years CT Tech experience required.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
• ARRT certification and BLS required.
• Experience in adult acute care, ICU, and ER settings preferred.
• Experience with GE, PACS, and Siemens equipment.
• Proficiency in abdomen, pelvis, chest CT studies and advanced imaging such as 3D rendering/ROI.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and contrast administration.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions.
• Administer contrast materials.
• Operate CT scan equipment and perform diverse CT studies.
• May float between departments to meet patient care needs.
• Shift hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM; days: Fri, Sat, Sun; no call.

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• Experience in adult acute care, ICU, and ER settings
• Experience with GE, PACS, and Siemens equipment
• Experience performing abdomen, pelvis, chest, vascular chest, carotid, head, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, brain perfusion, cervical, lumbar, and thoracic CT studies
• Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), and region of interest measurement (ROI)
• Experience with isolation precautions, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, and radiation safety
• Shift hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Scheduled days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• No call required
• Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities based on patient care needs
