Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced CT Tech to interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast and operate CT equipment on a travel assignment in Carlsbad, NM.

You will join a nationwide team with schedule 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, Sun/Mon/Tues and alternating Saturdays, plus four days of call per month. Travel housing and strong benefits are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years CT Tech experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program.
• Current ARRT certification and ARRT CT certification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a physician's scanning instructions and ensure accuracy of CT protocols.
• Administer contrast materials as prescribed.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• ARRT CT required
• CT & Xray experience required
• NM license required
• Shift hours: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Shift days: Sun, Mon, Tues & every other Sat
• Call required: 4 days of call per month
