Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced CT Technologist in Alliance, Nebraska. You will interpret scanning instructions, administer contrast, and expertly operate CT equipment for a travel-friendly role with full benefits.

The position requires 2 years CT experience, JRCERT-accredited radiology training, ARRT and BLS certification, and familiarity with Siemens CT systems and Meditech charting. Weekend call is typical.

Qualifications

• Two years CT Tech experience.
• JRCERT-accredited Radiology program completed.
• ARRT certification held.
• BLS certification current.
• Experience in X-Ray and CT required.
• Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; rotating call.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician instructions for CT procedures.
• Administer contrast materials as prescribed.
• Operate CT scanner and related equipment.
• Maintain patient positioning and safety.
• Participate in rotating weekend call (often one weekend per month).
• Familiar with Siemens equipment and Meditech charting.
• Support a 40-slice CT scanner with Bayer/MedRad injector setup.

Job description

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• Experience in X-Ray and CT required.
• Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Rotating call required, typically one weekend per month.
• Call begins Friday night, includes a 24-hour shift on Saturday, and backup call on Sunday.
• Float required: No.
• Experience with Siemens equipment and Meditech charting.
• CT department uses a 40-slice scanner with dual head Bayer/MedRad injector.
