Job description

CT Tech needed asap for 13 weeks.

Provides technical expertise to operate CT Scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to acquire images for use by the radiologist in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies.

CT technologist must maintain the knowledge to operate different CT Systems at multiple locations.

Maintain protocols based on ImageGently Guidelines and ensure CT scanner’s integration into a program that compiles dose data from each scan and notifies when preset levels are exceeded.

Possess extensive knowledge of clinical histories to match appropriate protocols, and understanding of major organ and vascular systems for Thoracic, Abdominal, Pelvic, Neuro, and Musculoskeletal regions.

Obtain CT images according to established protocols.

Requirements:

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology (Required)
• Experience: 2 years
• Certifications: CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Copy needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• One reference in entire work history
