Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to accurately interpret physician orders, administer contrast, and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality images at our Gladiolus Office.

Requirements include a valid Florida CRT, ARRT CT certification preferred, at least two years of CT experience, and BLS. The team emphasizes patient care, clear communication, and reliable EMR/data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• A valid Florida CRT is required.
• ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Minimum two years' CT Scan Technologist experience.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret physician orders; administer contrast materials; and operate CT Scan equipment to obtain proper images.
• Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
• Produces CT scanner radiographs of specified areas as required.
• Maintain proficiency with EMR and data-entry tasks.
