Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks a CT Scan Technologist to accurately interpret orders, administer contrast, and operate CT equipment for quality images. You will obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address concerns while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Two years of CT experience and an active Florida CRT license are preferred; ARRT CT certification and BLS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CRT license required.
• ARRT CT Certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of CT Scan Technologist experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret physician orders; administer contrast materials; operate CT scan equipment to obtain proper images.
• Obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address patient concerns.
• Produce and review CT radiographs of specified areas; ensure image quality and patient safety.
