You will be a senior hands-on leader, responsible for architecture, implementation and governance, working with Portfolio Managers and business stakeholders to empower efficient use of compute resources. Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with large-scale compute environments.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes from the infrastructure and application viewpoints.
• Experience managing bare metal compute at scale.
• IP network performance tuning and routing experience.
• Comfortable writing Python.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

BAM is building a world-class on-premises compute platform for its investment professionals and is looking for an engineering manager to own the compute infrastructure pieces of this. This senior, hands‑on leader will own compute architecture, implementation and governance. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Portfolio Managers and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and enable them to efficiently use on-premises compute resources.
