Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field OR Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of related experience.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in problem assessment, analysis, and development of computational methods and pipelines.
• Analyzes complex data and contributes to interpretation and reporting of results.
• Oversees projects of moderate size and complexity; implements workflows for scaling analysis.
• Documents status and maintains tracking databases; writes additional scripts as needed.
• Administers proposal and sandbox tasks and updates status accordingly.
• Performs quality assurance checks and maintains visualizations.
