Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Process Technology, or related field.
• Experience with scientific computing, simulation tools, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, Perl.
• Exposure to machine learning or semiconductor process modeling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support pattern coverage studies for computational lithography modeling and product development.
• Analyze semiconductor manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new product capabilities and customer requirements.
• Develop best‑practice approaches for standard and customized applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and application teams to validate technical requirements.
• Use simulation and modeling tools to evaluate lithography and process performance.
• Document findings and present results to engineering stakeholders.
